We The People must collectively turn our backs on the system, starve it, take back what is ours and regain our voice and influence over policy and governance.
We must collectively divest from the system and become more cognizant of how and where our hard-earned money is going and what it's funding, while at the same time each of us taking a series of actions that at first, involves each of us individually, but then expanding into areas involving others to arrive in a place of community.
Blackout The System has developed the Re+Volution Pyramid of Action to communicate the overarching vision of how we sustainably divest from the current system, collectively.
Building Mutual Aid
Mutual Aid is not charity, it's solidarity.
It's a concept rooted in the idea of cooperation and solidarity among individuals, communities, or groups, where members support each other in times of need.
By building networks of support, communities can become more resilient in the face of crises, such as economic hardships or natural disasters.
